Should a baby tooth be pulled by help of a parent? Generally the answer is no.  The tooth may not be loose enough to come out and that may lead to damage to the gum and bleeding and pain.  The best policy recommended by Dr. Abazari is to have the child herself/himself to do the wiggling.  Always use positive words to encourage wiggling.  For example the sooner you wiggle your tooth the sooner tooth fairy will visit.
